Biography
Cathy Morin joined Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Houston in 2023. Cathy has her MBA in Global Leadership, Certified Executive Six Sigma Black Belt Trainer, and possess her PHR Certification. Cathy is also a Senior Human Resources leader with over 20 years of experience in the field of Human Resources. In Cathy’s previous roles, she served as a Senior Director: organizing goals, developing strategic plans while facilitating the human factors necessary to achieve desired performance. She has also executed compensation programs, talent pipeline developments, succession management, employee relations, recruitment and organizational changes involving culture and business transformation initiatives.
